European Economic Community (EEC): 1996
The EEC entrusted KANGAROO Ltd. to monitor the Import Support Programme for Tanzania, as from 1991 to date of ECU 24.5 million; services provided were of ECU 60,000 in value.

UNIDO:  1995
KANGAROO Ltd. prepared 20 industrial project profiles for presentation at the Zanzibar Investment Forum.  The client was Zanzibar Investment Authority (ZIPA) in collaboration with United Nation Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Tanzania Saruji Corporation: 1995
KANGAROO Ltd. evaluated the worthiness of the Tanzania Sheet Glass Factory for the purposes of joint venture negotiations and the same was submitted to the Presidential Parastatal Sector Reform Commission.

KANGAROO Ltd. carried out diagnostic studies on marketing outlets and floriculture management and training: The project was beneficial to the Floriculture Industries.

SWEDEN: SIDA (Swedish International Development Agency/FIDE of Sweden: 1986-1987
-  Technical evaluation (Management Audit) for industrial linkages - background and forward linkages, value added, etc. within the small Industries Development Organization.  The project was done/performed jointly with FIDE consultants of Sweden
- Preparation, programming and conducting industrial maintenance for process industries in Tanzania.  The task was done in collaboration with LAMTRAC AB of Sweden.  The project repeated with collaboration of LYGDMAN AB of Sweden in 1989-1991 and with UNIDO in 1991-1994.
- Jekker Carlson: Study of effectiveness of SIDA support to small scale industries development in Tanzania.

i) KANGAROO Ltd. coordinated a road construction project.
ii) Collaborated in carrying restructuring studies for edible oils, meat processing industries in Tanzania Mainland as well as studies on Irrigation Schemes for Zanzibar.
iii) KANGAROO Ltd. is a Technical Representative for Mirrlees Blackstone of U.K. on rehabilitation and installation of diesel engines generators for Tanzania Electrical Supplies Co. Ltd. (TANESCO).

- Gemco Industries of Netherlands: jointly conducted a foundry and forge sector study in Tanzania.
- Volker Stevin of Netherlands: provided consultancy support on rehabilitation and maintenance of road equipment in Tanzania for the Ministry of works.
- BMB of Netherlands: provided consultancy support of rehabilitation of Tanzania Leather Industries Project financed by World Bank.

KANGAROO Ltd. manages this fund, the main objective of which is to contribute significantly towards sustainable development in Tanzania; by supporting the current restructuring of the economy, by increasing aid quality and effectiveness, through the promotion and support of community-based private initiatives aiming at generating jobs and economic growth, as well as at addressing essential health needs and the increasing environmental challenges.

- Centre for Development of Enterprise - CDE (formerly Centre for Development of Industry (CDI)).  KANGAROO Ltd. is the local ANTENNA for the Centre for Development of Enterprise (CDE), an EU-ACP Institution on Industrial/Enterprise Development.

National Milling Corporation (NMC) - 1981
-  Tangold Ltd. - Fruit and Vegetables Canning.
The NMC through its subsidiary company - the TANGOLD Ltd realized that a lot of fruit and vegetables were rotting due to lack of preservation and canning facilities.  The Corporation therefore, engaged KANGAROO Ltd. to conduct a feasibility study of the same and its expansion thereof.  KANGAROO Ltd assessed the market demand and advised on technology of establishing fruit and vegetables canning plant.

Usambara Fruit Processing Company

- KANGAROO Ltd. conducted a feasibility study on production of alcohol spirits from fruits - June 1993.
- KANGAROO Ltd. also made studies on mixed farming projects in Tanzania.

European Development Fund (EDF)
Project Goal: General conditions for works contracts financed by EDF.
KANGAROO Ltd. requested to review, appraise and modify appropriately (1992).  Project financed by the Treasury and EEC.

Private Entrepreneurs
i) Kidodi and Kidogobasi Sugar Estates: The goals of the projects were rehabilitation of the two Estates.  KANGAROO Ltd. conducted the feasibility studies and recommended the same.
ii) M/s Electrical Accessories Tanzania Ltd: The goal was to establish a plant for the manufacturing of electrical switches and related accessories in Tanzania.  KANGAROO Ltd. conducted the feasibility studies (1992).
iii) Tanzania Cables: costing and Allocation:
Goal: To establish good practices of Cost Accounting as an integral part of the company’s Management Information System (MIS) which would enhance an efficient management of production.

Southern Universal Enterprises - Songea
KANGAROO Ltd. carried out a feasibility study for Grain Milling in Songea.
Goal: project aimed at setting up a modern complex of Grain Milling and Food Processing facility to deal with maize and wheat in Songea, Southern Tanzania.

Tanganyika Tegry (Plastics) Ltd.
KANGAROO Ltd. negotiated successfully with the Presidential Parastatal Sector Reform Commission (PSRC) of the buying of majority shares in Tanganyika Tegry (Plastics) Ltd.  Currently, the team members of the company (KANGAROO Ltd.) - constituted as a Task Force - has appraised the equipment, machinery, etc.  for the rehabilitation and take over by the client.
Client: SEEDCAP Ltd.
